Very solid and heavy
Fits my portafilter perfectly
grooves on the side to try to make consistent

Expensive shipping (like $8)

Detailed Commentary

Paid $40 for it. Tried to get one when I was at Vivace in Seattle but they didn‘t have one of the pieces. To Schomer‘s credit they waived the shipping. Love this thing. If you don‘t have a real nice tamper (not plastic junk that shipped with your machine) buy this!
