What an awsome tamper. I bought the 58mm tamp from 1st-line after I saw it reveiwed by a columnist on Coffeegeek. I was thinking about buying a Reg Barber tamp and I am glad that I didn't. This is a top quality tamp with all the ohhs and ahhs of a Reg Barber. Nice redwood handle and machined SS bottom really show off the true quality of this tamp. The weight is also impressive. When it came in the mail I thought that they accidently sent me a rock instead. This thing weights more than my Livia PF. It fits my Livia PF perfectly. Just wanted to take an opportunity to thank 1st-line for bring a top quality tamp for almost half the price of a Reg. Way to go 1st-line
