This mug has a screw-in top with a gasket. No leaks! The bottom is rubberized as is the inside of the handle. The handle can be moved for southpaws. It holds 18 fluid ounces.

Detailed Commentary
I feel like I got really lucky with this mug. I was up in Green Bay for the weekend and I was poking around Porto Bello Road which is a coffee roaster/gourmet food shop. They sell a few accessories like cheap grinders, press pots and thermal mugs. I was looking at the Thermos Nissan mug with its $35 price tag when I spotted the Trudeau for $19.95.
The thing I really liked about it was the screw in top with a gasket. I've had enough coffee mugs go flying after a sudden stop to immediately appreciate the virues of a truly leak proof mug.
Basically you turn the top 180 degrees to drink. It works pretty well. The top even has a divot where your nose goes. It works better than I expected and I thought the price was reasonable. I should have bought more.
Buying Experience
Nothing to say, really. It's a nice little shop but it has a new owner that's still figuring things out.
