Detailed Commentary
I like that it is easy to use . When new I set and roast ,about 20 minutes, while my espresso machine is heating . My espresso machine is a Riviera eagle in brass and copper and take 15 minutes to heat. The coffee roast time is adjustable roasts well well but only when new . Mine is a year old and I can only fill it 1/2 way and set it at 15 minutes or the beans burn and stirring stops as the bearing wobbles so badly. It is not made to last. If they would only spend $5 more in parts when manufacturing the roaster it could be a reasonable roaster but as it is it is not thermally protected and badly made it is a fire hazard unless watched. It is recommended not to leave it unattended so you are warned.
