nice aluminum finish. could be hooked to existing plumming or can come with hose to hook to pump to 5 gal jug. was a good price.
Negative Product Points
the pump did not come with any manual or instructions. they forgot to put a plug on the machine and did not send one with it! it did not come with any cleaner or xtra pieces.
Detailed Commentary
we got this machine as we needed a new one and wanted to upgrade to a 2 gp machine. it came without any instructions for the pump, or hardware that would be needed, or why it made a loud thumping noise every time i turned it on. it was very hard getting answers from the staff at astra. it came with a grinder, and they charged us for it, however, we did not order one! not real happy with service, or help, but the machine itself seems to work fine enough. its a nice looking aluminum machine. the underside of the machine where the groupheads are attached are not lined though. we really hav'nt used the other group head yet, but its there if we need it now.
Buying Experience
the shipping was timely, she was extremely helpful when we ordered, and gave us a good deal. but as i said, we did'nt order a grinder and got charged for one, and recieved it.
