It is easy to operate.. Third pull excellent quality I thought ( adjusting amount of coffee). Awesome looking machine, Very well built. Easy clean up. Plenty of steam pressure, good foaming ability.
Negative Product Points
I wish the pump wasn't quite so loud but it's a commercial machine so I guess it is to be expected at this level of a machine.
Detailed Commentary
I have never owned a machine of this quality, I have been a Mocha junkie for about 10 years now, mostly buying out. I tried a couple home models but without much success. By all reviews I read over the 3 months that I researshed various models, I think for the money I paid I could not have bought a better machine for my home. Home models... Super Automatics etc....... did not have the consistently solid revues. At some point the repairs or servicing would be more than my budget could handle and in some cases the manafactures will not stand behind them. This machine is built for commercial use, It is simple, straight forward and will last and last. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a home machine with commercial capability.
