Positive Product Points
Heavy-duty portafilter, which, along with group head, heats up very nicely; commercial-syle spouts deliver beautiful coda di topo.
Negative Product Points
My biggest complaint is the bush league way they attached the side pannels, which continually come loose with the inevitable vibration.
Detailed Commentary
I replaced my beloved Faema Contessa with the Giotto a year and a half ago, and have not regretted it. Traded my Contessa and grinder for a Mini Mazer grinder. Best thing about this machine is that it‘s the first home machine I‘ve found that can deliver an excellent single, which saves significantly on the amount of coffee I burn through.
