Positive Product Points

Amazing coffee, crazy steam, Amazing build quality. Great value when you really compare what you get with this machine for a few hundred dollars more than the others it is well worth the price. THE BEST support from Jim and all of 1st Line.

Negative Product Points

My water and use habits (i.e. long dormant periods) have been problematic. It would be nice if the all the indicator lights were visible with cup tray on. Uses a lot of electricity.

Detailed Commentary

Not sure what to say. E-61 group? check. Auto and manual? check. Beautiful object? check. Bomb-proof build quality and attention to detail? check. This machine is a joy and much more capable than I am. Love Coffee Geek and have learned so much here but 100 words or you will not post? Come on. I said what I had to say but for you to accept I have to ramble on? This is ridiculous. I still have to write more in this box for Coffee Geek to post. And more. I am ready to give up. My fingers are bleeding. There. Is that enough?

Buying Experience

Crazy good. I am not the easiest of shopper. Many, many, many questions. Jim was always patient and happy to educate. The after sales service has been incredible. Of course I would prefer not to have had the water problems etc but ALL machines break and or need service. 1st-line takes service seriously.
