Detailed Commentary
We wanted a small neat looking machine that would make good coffee with little fuss or hassle and that is why we settled for the Gaggia Titanium. Another reason for our choice was that many of the internal components resembled the Solis we had previously, that served us well for 9 years. As Gaggia was the innovating company for Industrial Coffee machines it influenced our final decision. The early problem of Steam failure was very annoying, but we figured it could happen with any product. Media World in Italy were helpful but Gaggia, now apparently owned by Saaeco are a bit slack to say the least. We have waited 5 weeks without getting the machine back. I would have pressurised the dealer for a new one, but figured if there was a production fault it may be on all machines, so better to have a proper repair.
Buying Experience
Easy, as the Salesman also had one. They seem to have done a much as they can and contacted us when they promised. Don't forget, Italians are a bit laid back!
