I upgraded from a Rancilio Silvia which I used for one year.Consistency of shots, plumbed in, and dual boiler was what I was looking for in the upgrade. I use the Duetto II twice daily, morning straight double shot and then a cappuccino for the road. The PID temperature control is one less thing to worry over. Milk steaming is effortless. I had a problem with the water plumbed in/reservoir valve which was quickly replaced next day by Chris. I have received so many positive comments about the looks of the machine and quality of the espresso. I am very happy with the purchase and quality of product.
