A Beautiful machine, a work of art and O ya makes excellent espresso. A few points I could make note of: 1) The fact you can turn off the steam boiler, via a switch is outstanding and on 20 amps it only takes 6 minutes from cold to hit steam temp. 2) Changing brew temp is a breeze ounce you have pushed the buttons a few times . 3) Solid construction , well thought out routing of internals and wiring . 4) "Plumb in" to "Pour over" easily changed via a valve under the tray. I have mine plumbed in, Chris supplied everything I needed to work with my existing 1/4 hose, simply let them know your intended setup 5) Drain kit is included, as some machines must be purchased separate 6) Excellent packaging .. Basically double boxed

None.. I've heard some people concerned about the size, which honestly is not much bigger then most HX .. I love looking at it on my counter.
Detailed Commentary
I can't say enough, I love the Duetto II, it took no time getting uses too and was ready to go out of the box's... ( yes, very well packaged ) The new Izzo was an upgrade from my 3 year old Silvia which also had a PID and pulled excellent shots, but waiting to steam on the Silvia was getting old. The dual boiler has taken care of that problem No special setup for a timer. I have my on a Aube by Honeywell TI033/U 7-Day Programmable Timer (20 amp flavor) $22 from amazon wired to a MAX 2 20-AMP SURGE PROTECTOR for a little piece of mind.
One thing I wish all manufactures of similar designs could look into ..although I understand it would drive the cost up. An option to make the steam and hot water locations interchangeable, as some counters lend themselves to easier steaming on left or right side of the machine.
