Detailed Commentary
This is definitely a "professional grade" machine, and for the person/family who drinks and takes their coffee seriously. You just cannot make a better cup of espresso or coffee, latte, etc. than this machine makes for us. We bought this machine after experiencing the Duetto at a relative's home, and immediately bought one. There is a learning curve with a machine of this caliber, but well worth the practice (and fun!) of learing how to make that perfect beverage! Fire it up first thing in the mornings, leave it on all day, and enjoy your lattes all day long! This machine is capable of making enough beverages to keep a good restaurant going! I DO recommend having it installed by a professional plumber instead of utilizing the reservoir. It is set up for usage either way, but you will find it MUCH more convenient to not have to deal with the reservoir. And it is ALWAYS ready to go! This is just a fabulous machine, and I am so glad we purchased it.
