Bottom Line: You get what you pay for with this machine!
Positive Product Points

Temp. stability
Very easy to use
Steaming capability is A+
Rotary pump is very quiet compare to vibratory pump
Easy to program
It's built like a tank
Easy to achieve god's shots every time

Negative Product Points

Requires a dedicated 20A, 110V circuit for simultaneous double boiler usage.
If you get a clock it will have to be reset periodically as they do not keep time. Chris offered to replace mine but every review I have seen said they all lost time. I just rest when daylight savings chances.

Detailed Commentary

I waited to write a review until I had this for a few years. I can't say much that you won't read in other reviews here other than I know it will stand the test of time. I have had mine for 7 years and other than an adjusting the amount of steam vs. water in the boiler and replacing the group head gasket have done nothing but make great coffee with it. I have found no downside to this machine. I drink one latte and one Americana (equal amounts water to espresso) every day with an occasional espresso. My wife has at least 3 Americana's a day. We both think it is the best coffee we have ever had.  I wanted something that I would not be wanting to upgrade and this is it. If you can afford it you will never regret it.

Buying Experience

I am on the west coast and went went Chris because of the reviews. If you have any questions they are there for you. When I needed to do an adjustment on my boiler they let me talk to their repair man and he walked me through it.
