Detailed Commentary
You really get the feeling with this machine that you can adjust the coffee any way you like; by controlling temperature, tamping, volume (and grind) you can really maximize the flavor of a particular bean/roast. At first it can be a little overwhelming to use this machine as there are so many options but it didn't take long before I was drinking shots that would were good. Thereafter, my shot pulling improved and IMHO I can pull shots as good if not better than any coffee shops out there. I would buy it again in a second!
