Detailed Commentary
I am new to this sort of machinery, but the adjustment has been easy. When problems arose I simply called Chris Coffee and they walked me through them until I was comfortable with it. As a novice I did need a lot of guidance with some of the basics of operation. It has worked well thus far--and I plan to get my use out of it. No more coffee bars with college baristas giving me a cup of foamed milk with a miniscule shot for 3.49 each time. These have always been a gamble and can get pricy if you've become addicted to this drink. And as you drive away unhappily drinking a rapidly cooling (due to improper temperatures and poor crafting) cappucino you begin to see the value over the long haul of having your own machine--making it the way you like--and then simply appreciating it!
Buying Experience
Chris offered me several options. I explained what I was looking for and they gave me suggestions and great service. From the first email to the telephone conversations with Mary on the staff, I felt they got a good understanding of where I have been and what my hopes were to have in a new machine and grinder.
They are ceratinly worth consideration if you are seriously thinking about the Vivaldi or the Macap (in the case of the grinder).
