We purchased this for our mobile kitchen from Chris Coffee out of New York after reading reviews on their customer service. IT was in my price range and a very good value for the quality. After arriving damaged, Chris coffee did everything possible to rectify the situation, including replacing the machine and sending some espresso. Their customer service is outstanding and I recommend them to everyone. The machine is all they said it would be and more. I purchased the optional steam tip for better microfoam which I am still trying to get, The power of the wand takes some getting used to. I use the Silvia at home and find this one requires less of a grind and more energy in steaming correct. IT is just super powerful. Thanks Chris Coffee, I bow down to you all! Sarah
