Bottom Line: expsensive but worth the money - excellent unit
Positive Product Points

quality and speed - I can make a shot and have the milk frothed in about 1/4th the time. Excellent flavor of the shot. (compared to a 200$ to 400$ model eg Estro Profi )

Nice to have warm cups, from residual heat of boiler.

Nice to have back flush capability - keeps the unit clean.

Negative Product Points

Steam arm does not tilt up, and this makes it a little difficult to steam.

Detailed Commentary

Very accurate temperature regulation as measured on a digital temperature recording system.  Great amount of force to steam with - takes a little getting used to - but after a day or two - it works great.

Back flush works nicely to clean the unit out

Also no left over pressure in the portafilter, it drains into the drip pan.

Nice to have hot water as well, I use this for tea...etc.  Also, I pour some out on a dish towell and have a nice hot towel to clean the surface of the unit or the counter.  Be careful it is very very hot.

The residual heat from the boiler will warm the cups. This is excellent - takes the heat from the boiler and allows the cups that sit on top to be warmed.
