Positive Product Points

Extremely well built.
Good sized drip tray
effortless to use and produces great espresso

Negative Product Points

Can't see how much water is in the tank.
Heat protection cover on brew lever a little small - brew lever can get very hot.
Came with a 2 pin plug (in the UK we use a 3 pin plug)

Detailed Commentary

What can I say - this has to be one of the best purchases I've ever made, and I do like to make sure I have the right tool for a job.  Its extremely well built, and even for a novice like myself its easy to use and espressos are good and consistent.  Makes me realise my old Gaggia Classic should have been put to rest years ago.

And now this machine can be purchased in the UK, with little to no effort, there is no excuse for more to be imported.  The only problem I have now is roasting enough beans to keep me going for more than a day.  Time to sell the IRoast and puchase a HotTop I think.

Buying Experience

Order requested from Chris Coffee, payment then made directly to Italy (I live in the UK).  Item then shipped from Italy.  Took 5 days for Bank transfer + 5 days delivery.

Excellent service from both QuickMill and Chris Coffee.
