Stunning looks and a nice heavy machine! It's tough to beat well polished stainless. Very easy to keep clean. The user space is very organized and the cup tray is roomy enough to fit all my cups. Easy to setup with good instructions. The direct connect water option is really great!
Negative Product Points
My negatives for this machine are minimal indeed. I had a wire from the water resevioir shut-off melt within the machine. This wire was disconnected for the direct connect and shifted during shipping. I didn't catch it soon enough. I use direct connect so it isn't a big deal at all. I also have a rare problem with the brew pressure gauge but Chris has been right on it talking to QuickMill. I am sure that problem will be taken care of in a timely manner as he updates me on the findings frequently and parts are on the way. Sure wouldn't have gotten that service from anywhere else considering it is reported in les than 3% of the machines. The shot quality and quantity are not affected. We love our Anredja!
When I got my machine it came just as promised. It was extremely well packed and double boxed. There were setup and first time used instructions that were written so anyone could follow them, even a first time user. Everything on this machine is top notch. Very nice addition to the coffeegeek decor of any kitchen indeed!
The machine was up and running in no time. We bought the direct connect option which was a must for a busy espresso addicted house like mine. The instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. Again, just as promised, everything you needed was there in the kit.
All that was left was to turn on the machine and make that first shot. I had a Mazzer Mini for about 2 weeks for using my Andreja so I dialed it in and away we went. It ran like a dream! I have only been used to big commercial machines before and a very old broken Krupps so having this machine in my house was the biggest thrill.
Next I changed the boiler pressure and the brew pressure which I have never done before. It was very easily done and Chris was there via email to answer any of my questions along the way. When I have called the Service department I was always treated with respect and like my question or problem really mattered. Even when I first got the machine and wasn't shutting the lever down far enough they didn't make me feel stupid which I really appreciated. (It was a little stupid but I was nervous and very excited)
The case of the machine is fairly easy to remove. I also bought the new drip trays that came out last month which further enhanced my pleasure in using this machine. The original trays allowed water to occasionally spill off onto the counter. Not a huge problem but one I was glad to see gone with the new tray.
The machine can be put on a timer which is a great help to our house. No one has to wake up 30-45 minutes early to have a double in the mornings. This machine can be left on 24/7, which I have done, anytime we want to.
The frothing wand is great! I thought it was a minor improvement to have a cool touch wand on a machine until I actually used the Andreja. I still have feeling in my fingertips! I would lose that at work all the time moving the hot wand. Frothing on this machine is heaven! It took me about 5 drinks before I was pulling what I call good microfoam but that was because I was used to another machine. A beginner could make nice foam from the get go with ease on this one.
The hot water spigot in a nice feature. We rarely make Americanos but we do use it for a cup of tea at times. I find it most helpful to use it to get the cups really warm/hot and to clean the machine. I would say I use it 4 times a week and when I ordered it, I thought I never would.
The machine is a little louder than I expected but I got used to it very quickly. I think if I put it on a rubber mat I could lower the noise some but it's not enough to really bother me much. It announces to everyone that I am making shots...come get em!
My experience with Chris Coffee Service has been wonderful! They are always there to help or answer questions. I have received personal attention to a specific problem that people rarely have which has impressed me more than I can say. Most companies I have dealt with would have swept me and my problem under the rug since the majority were not experiencing it. Not Chris. He has been in contact with QuickMill over it. QuickMill has done testing and are sending Chris what I need to fix my machine. What more can I ask for?! I have ordered from them since getting my machine and it has always been a pleasure. My items come packaged well and very quickly (two days to Pittsburgh, that's fast!) The free shipping on the machine was a no brainer for me. Once you get yours, you'll see what I mean! I would buy it all over again in a second. My only regret is that I bought my Mazzer from someone else prior. I would have much rather bought it from Chris in hindsight.

Still the most used appliance in my house. No problems that I would call major at all. It's been worth every penny and more.
