I loved this machine from the moment I saw the picture and read the reviews. You will not be disappointed with this purchase. The build quality is just great, and all the upgrades that Chris's Coffee includes as standard makes this a must consider in this class of machines. Look, even if you never pull a shot, you will get complements with this on your counter! Ease of use: I'm new to this level of Espresso machines, and for me it has taken some time to get my shots just right but this has nothing to do with the machine itself, only my technique. The Andreja premium is easy to clean AND keep clean. The stainless steel buffs up with little effort and a microfiber cloth. This review is based on my daily home use and is written after 1 year of enjoyment.

The Best Ever! These people know coffee- I called once for a question about lubricating the pull lever and they walked me through the process step by step. This was great, because the last thing any consumer wants is when they need help or have a question, to be treated like you are bothering them. You will definitely be treated like a long time customer with Chris's Coffee. One more thing, they packaged this machine- the likes of which I've never seen before -Bravo, Bravo, Bravo!!!
