Detailed Commentary
After using a manual La Pavoni for many years, I bought the Andreja Premium hoping to achieve more consistency and a higher quality espresso shots. I also wanted to be able to serve many people without waiting for the La Pavoni to "recharge". The Andreja Premium has met or exceeded all of my expectations. With a little practice, I'm pulling consistently great shots. I have not mastered creating good micro-foam on a consistent basis, but I think this has more to do with my lack of experience with a machine like this than anything else. The Andreja Premium has plenty of steaming power.
Buying Experience
Chris Coffee Service has been terrific to deal with. Chris spent 15-20 minutes on the phone with me answering all my questions a few weeks before I ordered. Mary was very helpful when I placed the order. Once the machine arrived, I experienced a few glitches because of problems with the machine caused by shipping. Chris and Roger (service department) helped me quickly diagnose and solve the problems. All and all, a very positive shopping experience.

I am more enthusiastic about this machine after owning it for a year. I dread the coffee I drink when I'm out of town! It has become easier to use and it has shown no signs of age. I even though about packing it up and taking it with us on a Spring ski trip! Chris Cofee Service has continued to be a great resource, answering any questions and quckly diagnosing the only problem I've had with the machine. I needed to relace a magnetic float in the water reservoir, and Chrs Coffee Service set the replacement part out immediately.
