I believe all one has to do is to open the box!  This is a well thought out piece of stainless beauty.  I love the heavy duty feel and the gauges up front really helped me learn the machine much faster.  The repeatability of the shots has been wonderful!

I feel the only thing is the angle of the gauges.  Somewhat hard for any manufacturer to bevel something like this.  I really have no complaints that I feel are truely worthy of writing about.

First, I feel that I'm a beginner in the world of coffee.  Living in Seattle, there is this self inflicted judgement going on all the time in my mind.  I can tell you my skill level hasn't met up yet with the machines capabilities.  Setting that saopbox speech aside, this machine just won't let you down.  I received some "static" from my wife about dropping a bit more than common lunch money on a "coffee maker!"  She realized quite quickly that this was no toy and she is the biggest supporter now that she has seen it in action and of course, been blessed with a fully respectable latte in the morning!
Yes, it helps having good beans and of course, a quality grinder is a must.  But what I look for is can I do good shots twice and the answer is yes.  The Andreja makes me, as a rookie barista, look pretty darn good!  I think it is the type of machine that actually encourages you each time you use it.  How many tools can you say that to!  I read in another review that if you are pulling poor shots, it isn't the machine!  How true that is.

I had looked around the net and came across Chris Coffee.  I trust other peoples reviews especially when over and over, they are positive.  My experience with Chris and his staff is first class.  Everything I read is true.  They communicate well during the sale and the machine was delivered on time.  For me, the most important quality I had with them was follow up questions.  I emailed and called and was treated professionally by each person working for Chris.  No question was stupid and I even had answers to email back to me on Sunday!  There is no waiting with this company and they have treated me very well.
