Detailed Commentary
The machine works easily. I like the gauges i.e. steam pressure and water pressure so that you can learn what the machine is doing. I like that I can time the espresso extraction at a fixed interval in order to have as few variables as possible. The steam wand is insulated so that if you happen to touch it is never very hot. You can make the Best foam for lattes or cappuchino. A polyethelene tube broke. I called Chris coffee who sent out promptly new hosing and how to fix it. It was easy. The boiling water nozzle is great for americanas.
Buying Experience
chris coffee delivered promptly. They even e-mailed me a few months later to see how I liked the machine. The one time I had a leak they were responsive and told me how to fix it.
