Detailed Commentary
This is my first home espresso machine, so I don't have a lot to compare to. I do know that this machine is a beauty on the outside and built like a tank on the inside.
I like the guages, which are easy to read. The resevoir is simple to fill, with no need to remove any parts. There is just a circular lid on the roof that removes to expose the fill-tank. The only difficult part is visualizing when the tank is full.
Steaming milk is quick and easy with the two-hole steam tip. All parts seem to be well made.
Buying Experience
Great communication and easy transaction. Chris' Coffee provided a detailed manual in addition to the stock. A follow up email was sent after a few weeks. I feel confident that if any questions arise, they will be answered expertly in a timely fashion.
Three Month Followup
No complaints thus far. She and I have had fun getting to know one another.
