Positive Product Points

Great looks & finish, and built like a tank. This machine makes terrific espresso and lattes, and has plenty of steam. The unit is easy to clean, and keep clean with a daily wipedown, a water backflush every few days, and a monthly cleaner backflush.

Negative Product Points

Haven't found any negatives yet.

Detailed Commentary

Purchased my machine from Chris' coffee.  I talked to Mary about the machine. I had some major questions since I had been looking at another machine. Mary took the time to answer all my questions and explained all the details of the machine.

The machine arrived in 7 days since I live on the west coast. It was in perfect condition when I removed it from the box. It was packed in two boxes upon its arrival to my front porch. I let the machine warm up for 45 minutes and then pulled a cooling shot after reading the manuel. I have a Rancilio Rocky  ( set at 7 ) and began pulling shots at 25 to 28 seconds one after another, after another, every time, every day. Frothing milk ( skim ) takes approx. 35 seconds and this machine has plenty of steam. My shots are consistent with beautiful crema, my milk is frothed with thick microfoam, and when I put the two together it doesn't get any better.

I have read some reviews about the machine being loud. Hey, for 25 seconds I can stand it. Hearing the noise lets me know that I will be having a delicious latte soon.  I keep my machine on a timer so when I get up in the morning its on and ready to go.

Overall I love the Andreja Premium. This is my third machine and probably my last for a long time. I am totally happy with the machine and I couldn't be happier buying it from Chris' coffee.

Buying Experience

As I mentioned earlier I had a very good experience with Chris' coffee, and Mary could not have been any more helpful. The machine arrived when promised and in perfect condition and I haven't had any problems in the short time I have owned it.
