I have used it for a year and never had any problems with this machine, except that I had to replace a steam wand valve. Never overtighten the valve. Stop tightening as soon as steam stops, and you should never have the problem with this. Machine is very effective and produces great espresso and steamed milk. Considering the price ($4,500.00) this is excellent starter machine for all new bussineses. Two groups; capable of handeling the load of any busy coffee shop. Epoca has beautifull design; with plastic trim on the sides; and yet all important parts are stainless steel. Easy to find replacement parts. There is a distributor located in Chicago.
