Detailed Commentary
I've had the automatic version of this machine for about six months now and I more than pleased with the Val's performance. I won't go into a lot of performance and construction details because that's already been covered by several other excellent reviews. But I'll tell you that it's very well made, the temp and pressure are always precise (and controllable) and its an incredible steamer. The automatic controls work quite well, you can program single or double shots, cool down pulls (required after steaming milk) or what ever you like. I'm using it with Black Cat coffee and a Rocky doserless, and with little fuss I get fabulous pulls time after time. A best buy in my view.
