very pleasing to look at, very easy to use( we have the semi auto) keeps up with large crowds easily. wish i had a 2 group version! would definatly get again.
Negative Product Points
having to refill the water tank alot... during rushes, but will buy the pump for 108$ soon. the pour over hole is not big enough if using bottled water. we got water into the wires by spillling...

we love this macbine! we are looking for a double group just like it. great for the fair, inside events on a table, easy to use, easy to clean, portable, even for home, but we bought for our drive thru and events. keeps up great! can steam and brew same time. beautiful all chrome finish. nice to look at from the back. we just did the fair and sold over 1000 cups over 6 days, had no problem keeping up with the abuse. only problem was the pourover area in the back getting water into the wire area by spilling. we just love this machine!

took awhile to get it here from the latte love place, they screwed up the order. but once it came we were happy.
