Detailed Commentary
My model is slightly different in that I have a tap for steam rather than a button/switch. This machine, once you get to know it is a very reliable and stable machine. Paired with a good grinder and a nice coffee blend (like Schreyoegg's Bar or Delizia) you simply take the "god" out of the "god shot" every time.. Teflon steam/water wands and nice big hard plastic taps for steam and water on the "Ela" version make a satisfying and easy to use machine. E-61 head with all the advantages that brings with it.
