This is one beautiful machine. The handles and valves work flawlessly. It will produce Top notch espresso, and foam milk effortlessly. time and time again.

First off, Chris Coffee Service, is one of the best businesses i have ever dealt with. Top notch customer service. And all the parts came packaged wonderfully. Setup was not too hard, Though i do have some plumbing experience. the Vetrano is one quiet, beautiful machine. And it is ready 24/7. Makes great espresso, and foams milk very well. I can't think of anything i would change.
The drip tray slides in an out very smoothly, and holds a significant amount of water before needing dumped. Also has the optional drain attachment if you wish to plumb the drip tray in. The guages were very easy to read, and the levers worked effortlessly.
Buying Experience
Chris Coffee is the best coffee/espresso store period.
