The Vetrano is a beautiful machine to look at and it performs totally up to my expectations. I feel it can produce results equal to Stumptown or any other commercial operation in Portland. Its simple to operate and has been totally reliable for its first three months. Have had no need to call for adjustments or anything. Smooth sailing so far. Price paid included all accessories.

I'm very particular but can't think of anything significantly negative about this unit. If pressed, I suppose I could suggest more modern looking indicator lights, on/off switch and on/off label but this is just barely worth mentioning.

Connecting to the water supply was quite simple. Routed the tubing behind my microwave, behind the refrigerator and through the lower area of the cabinets. No drilling of the countertop required. Was able to make first latte within an hour. I especially like the naked portafilter due to its simplicity and ability to see both the top and bottom of the screen for cleaning purposes. The Vetrano pump is quiet and not having to refill a water tank is a huge advantage, especially with a 60 lb machine under a cabinet. This unit is simple to operate, produces a world class shot and perfect micro foam. Producing lattes back to back is no problem as the Vetrano is ready to produce both shots and steam with virtually no recovery time required. I am using a timer which reliably turns the unit on in the Early A.M. and then turns it off a couple of hours later.  I researched a lot of machines before purchase and I feel I selected the perfect product.
