Positive Product Points
This plumbed-in machine has exceeded all of my expectations. The e61 brewhead looks great, and makes a perfect shot.
Negative Product Points
This 60 pound machine takes 20-25 minutes to warm up.
Detailed Commentary
I have been very pleased with this purchase. The machine is built like a tank. It weighs sixty pounds, was built in the '60s, was re-chromed and refurbished with upgraded parts, and is very close to modern professional quality with the slightly funky retro E61 grouphead. Shots are mostly crema and easy to pull. I've had a couple of problems, but customer service at Chris' is superior. The first problem I had was under warranty. They had my part to me within a few days. I had another issue recently. Even though the machine is out of warranty I still received great tech support, and had it repaired within an hour.
Buying Experience
I pre-ordered my machine before it was available. It arrived as scheduled a few months later.
