If you can't make a great espresso with this machine than the issue is with the user not the product. Use quality ingredients. The look of the machine is eye pleasing and will match any modern kitchen, product is very well built and comes with an informative manual. The Cafe Roma also comes with 2 Stainless Steel Espresso cups with saucers and a Stainless Steel Frothing Pitcher.
Do not judge this product by price alone as that is pretty naive and I see that a lot on this site, just because something costs more does not make it a better product.
Buying Experience
I think for the price this is a very good way to get into a richer coffee experience.
