Ok, i don't actually own one of these machines but i sell espresso machines for a living, we quickly sold 8 of these after a favourable review in a magazine over here in the UK. Unfortunatekly the review was a very shallow one that only seemed to rate looks and interesting unique features that the machines held.
We then proceeded to have 7 of the 8 returned to us when they broke. It wasn't just one thing that kept going wrong with them either, it was a collection of several different faults: broken pump, stem valve won't close, internal leakage, etc, etc
Our general solution was to swap these machine for the similarly priced but far more reliable Gaggia Cubika
