Positive Product Points
Consistent results. The crema is perfect every time.
The Claris filters reduce the need for descaling. However, they cost about $10 each and last two months.
Negative Product Points
The instruction manual is terrible for the Impressa (see below). It took a while to understand how to pull a double shot.
Detailed Commentary
I purchased the Jura Impressa E55, which is the same as the Capresso. The consistency is such that I can tell the difference among grind sizes and roasting techniques. This is the perfect machine to move up to after getting frustrated with the department store brand entry level machines. Finally you can have a perfect latte without too much skill.
It takes less that 60 seconds to make one or even two cups of latte. I never hold up dessert time now!
