Easy to use once you get the hang of it. Makes very consistent expresso. The steaming feature works well.
Negative Product Points
The instruction booklet is very poor considering the price and quality of the machine. The steaming arm is a bit short and is a bit of a pain to clean.
Detailed Commentary
I paid $899 US (x 1.5 Cdn) but I am overall very pleased and have become quite spoiled by the quality and consistency of drink I make with this machine. I feel the biggest limitation now is the beans and I am researching home roasting as a possibility. This machine should be purchased by those who want quality, consistency and ease of use with no mess.
