Detailed Commentary
I had been using an inexpensive espresso maker for a few years. It was a pain when trying to make more than a couple latte's at a time when we had guests. The C1000 makes multiple espresso and coffee drinks a breeze...and the flavor of the coffee is wonderful! To date the coffee has been consistently smooth, without any bitterness. A few of my family members had gawked at the price we paid, but changed their tune after tasting the difference the C1000 makes over their drip coffee-makers.
