looks. It's why I bought it. It has a great Darth Vader look to it. Ultra easy to use, heats up fast. Not too fussy about grind.
Negative Product Points
Spent grounds storage is not a good idea as it promotes mold growth if you don't clean it out regularly. There is a warning light telling you when to empty, but by then there's icky fuzzy MOLD.
Detailed Commentary
Moved from a Nespresso D150 because I wanted to experiment with my own grinds. This machine is very simple, goof-proof and makes good-enough espresso with nice crema. It is self-tamping and tolerant of different grinds. THEN things began to go wrong after two years of moderate use. The carrousel top broke. Capresso replaced it with a refurbished model and the pump didn't work ($65). Got another that worked for about a year. Then it began leaking from the bottom. I don't want to spend another $65 on this machine so have switched to a Gaggia Baby.
