Multi purpose unit. Makes regular Coffee. Espresso & has a steamer. Support from Manufacturer was excellent.
Negative Product Points
Flimsy lever to operate espresso part of steamer replaced once now broken again. If coffee is tampeddown will not function.
Detailed Commentary
Had this for about two years. Initial quite light useage. have started to use it more. Required a new lever which the company sent at no charge. New lever lasted about two months. Have started to note that insufficient pressure in generating espresso. does give a moderate crema. The Milk frothing works quite well ... if not to a true temperature... good for kids hot chocolate. and can refill milk reservoir easily. fairly easy to maintain ... the odd white vinegar bath cleans out the steam generator quite efficiently.
