Bottom Line:
Going to buy something else rather than get it repaired again.
Rust, broken light covers, broken handle, warped tray cover, expensive repair shop. Slack engineering tolerances.
Cost 50% more than a Gaggia Coffee model but gets you a better looking machine. Not meant for heavy use or longevity. Lots of maintenance and broken parts when using once or twice a day. Not worth the premium price. Would feel better about it if price was in line for a disposable item. Service is expensive and takes a couple of weeks to get your machine back, though they did give me a loaner once. With the right touch and great beans you can get a decent shot though not consistant. Not the finest example of Italian engineering.
Easy to buy and find service for in Toronto.
