I am new, I love the Gaggia Classic! What am I missing? I had a crappy 6 bar machine for a year before it blew up, before that I had a steam machine, didnt realize that was Americana and not Espresso. The Gaggia Classic delivers perfect shots of espresso! i am not into Lattes, Cappuchino, I just like good espress with a sugar. Raw Black espress! 23 seconds with the proper tamp and grind and this is barista quality!
Why is the Ranchillio Silvia such a legend? The Gaggia Classic makes the same shot!
