Negative Product Points
After two years the internal steam fitting for the frother began to leak. The machine rusted from the inside out. We could no longer make coffee since the rust was a health hazzard.
Detailed Commentary
At the time I bought this machine it was rated one of the best. When we went to replace the gromets for the steam nozzle we found the ones from the vendor did not fit. Therefore the steam nozzloe did not work. After two years the machine just got worse and worse. A repair specialist in San Francisco told me that he was having a hard time getting parts from Gaggia. After 2 years and $400.00 I bought a new machine. Make sure you use filtered water.
