Quick to heat, consistant espresso hits, greater margin for error than in most home machines.  You could serve double-digit parties no problem.

Reservior difficult to access and see (at least with my black model).  Sneezes not uncommon

Despite the pre/post shot nitpicks above, this is a great machine that I even appreciate more after picking up another refurbed brand/model in the same category.  No comparison!  Mine was a steal at Egghead for $80 two years ago.
