Solid machine, great coffee/crema, heaps of steam,excellent machine for the price.
Negative Product Points
Instructions could be better - but this seems to be par for the course for many Italian machines
Rubber "crema device " thing is a waste of time - throw it away! Also plastic thing on steam wand is better left off.

An excellent machine for the price - solid construction - chrome on brass portafilter,Once you get the grind/tamp pressure for the "25 second" pour the coffee is superb, heaps of crema and plenty of steam for milk frothing The rubber crema device is un-nessecary - infact you get more crema without! also the black plastic nozzle on the steamer is also not needed - just something more to wash. a great machine!
