Do Not Buy The Baby Twin! Computer problems were not solvable by tech support. Replacement Baby Twin did the same thing, not solvable by tech support. In short, the computer activated by the "Touch-Ring" control delivers an inconsistent cup, from nothing to overflow. Bottom line, you must operate it manually. Also, you must prime the boiler EVERY TIME YOU TURN THE MACHINE ON or you will burn it up. Time consuming and waste of water. Very expensive "automatic" machine to be operated manually. Very disappointed.
Buying Experience
Cookware.com was responsive, but tech support failed. Gaggia tech support failed. Sent replacement that had exact same problem that tech support could not solve. Stuck with expensive machine that I must operate manually. A lot of time, energy, and money went to trying to get machines to work, with no success. High hopes, very disappointed.
