Be prepared to learn how to operate machine. Whole Latte Love is the purveyor of poor customer service and obviously bad expresso machines.

Detailed Commentary
Bought as a Christmas gift, Whole Latte Love did not respond to emails before Xmas about non functioning machine or tech service was out. After holiday, they keep saying that they are issuing a UPS pickup ticket- but say that it takes 24 hours to do so. This is plain untrue as one can be filled out and emailed within seconds.
On the whole- Whole Latte Love is coming off as a desperate retailer, under capitalized and unable to support product. I suggest that you direct any money you have to spend away from them. WLL advertises heavily on this site- I hope this review conteracts that advertising.

Three Month Followup
The Mfg's name plate has fallen off the front of the machine, I've finally figured out how to make a consistent espresso, (now to work on my roast)- I would not rate either the quality of the workmanship on the machine nor the customer service by 'Whole Latte Love' as good or consistent. It does make a good quality cup o' joe.
