Wait a few months till they work out the burnt tire taste, you won't regret it.

Very nice looking, easy to fill top loading tank, pre doser works fine, easy to clean.
Negative Product Points
Steamer emits a foul odor. Permeates the milk and makes it taste disgusting. The on/off swithch is inconveniently placed in the back of the unit. Frother is rather toy like.
Detailed Commentary
This is my second Gaggia Baby Twin. I returned my first one for the same reason. The steamer emits a foul odor that smells something like burning tires. It permeates the milk and smells and tastes disgusting. Gaggia/Importika has been kind to allow me to return the first one but Gaggia Italy needs to look into this problem.
My old Gaggia Coffee sits next to the new Baby Twin and makes espresso every bit as good. The Gaggia Coffee is limping along and that is why I wanted a new machine.
The pre doser works great and it's easy to program. The steamer function is a little tempermental but with a little patience you can get it to operate fine if you like the taste of burning tires. I'd wait a while on this one.
