It is good, but with experience I will look at the less obvious features next time.
Positive Product Points
Not great but good espresso. Consistent. The wife and teenager use it. I don't have to be the barrista every morning.
Negative Product Points
Plastic and more plastic. O-rings are not all common to find. It is dumb and dumber regarding being full of spent grounds.
Detailed Commentary
We go through almost 1 kg of coffee each 1~2 weeks for 3 of us. Or is that a plus? It is messy to clean. It was not designed to make it easy to clean the drip tray - nasty crevices all around; using a soft brush is mandatory. The plastic is, well, plastic and wears like plastic -- at two years it is obvious. When new it was easier to clean. As the plastic gets worn in, a coffee slick forms on the drip tray crevices. The machine counts cups to decide when to tell you to empty the grounds - sometimes it is overfull. It will not operate when the "grounds disposal light" comes on - a good thing in reality. But, it is too stupid to know you might empty the grounds while heating for steam; it only recognises the grounds container removal while in coffee mode. If you empty it every day, it still requires you to remove and replace the grounds dispenser when it thinks you have made the number of cups it defines as filling the grounds bin. Went through two computer boards in short order at roughly a year, but the service center fixed it and after the second board it has stayed fixed.

Bought it from an ebay seller, with full warranty. No worries and no problems.
