Positive Product Points
This unit makes a consistant cup. It has two boilers- one for coffee and one for steaming milk. The price has dropped from the $1000 that I paid.
Negative Product Points
Very bad electronics. Mine has had to be replaced twice in 10 months. Third time is coming up as the unit has just failed again.
Detailed Commentary
Similar experience to Mr. Hubble. I bought the unit from Whole Latte Love. In my case I'm having to send it back for the third time to have the circuit board electronic swapped out. I definitely would want to go through this again. As soon as the warrentee is over this unit is junk.
On the other hand, while it has worked it has make a good consistant cup of espresso. with the dose cranked up and the grind at set near to it finest setting. The super automatics certainly make life easier in the dark of the cold morning.
Buying Experience
Whole Latte Love has refused to replace this lemon --though they are slowly honoring the warranty period repairs. They are slow to respond to emails and slow to issue an RMA and slow to make the repairs. I've had the unit for 10 months-two of which were spent in repairs
