We wanted something that produced a decent shot very quickly and this unit does the job. We are not espresso experts, so maybe our bar is set a little low, but for a decent coffee out the door I could be happier. ALso, since I don't visit the local coffee house as often, I figure I have saved about $8000 in the past 2 years!
